Dave, most Flickr features can only be accessed by account holders, so
firstly create a free account. Fill out your profile at least
minimally; eg add a profile pic, otherwise you'll be taken for a
troll; upload a few representative shots.

Then go to this link and use the Search field with a few locales
(Markham, Stouffville).

Of course the Toronto groups will be much larger. Might be worth
following one or two to see when they do a walk up closer to you. Most
of the better organized groups also have Facebook pages so you could
follow those too (or instead).

It's been quiet lately as the main organizer is in poor health. But
others step up from time to time.
