You might try leaving the hardener out of the fixer (you don't need it), and let them 
dry slowly in a moist environment. I dry mine overnight in the bathroom after running 
the 
shower first.

Still, you might get some curl (I do). I get rid of it by sleeving the negs, then 
placing them under a few boxes of paper. After 2 days they're usually totally flat, 
depending on 
the brand. Delta 3200 seems to be worst, Fuji usually comes out pretty flat. IIRC, 
Tri-X is in-between.

Also, curl just seems to go away on it's own once you sleeve the negs. They might be 
flat by the time your enlarger shows up...or maybe not, with that yucky hardener.

What kind of enlarger did you get?
