Yeah, it wasn't a "make my skin crawl" ToS by any means. But, as with
anything like that, a smart person digs into the details before offering
up their (intellectual) property on a platter. And different people
have different thresholds by which they decide to participate or not. I
was just throwing it up on the "awareness" side of things.
