Though from what I have seen most sites ask you if you are indeed the copyright holder of said image and most offer some protection for ones images.

I've got some issues with the unconstrained "and our affiliates" language, too, though maybe I'm being pedantic or naive. Other than that, it's a pretty reasonable ToS.
