Sorry to hear that and at the same time I'm glad that I didn't buy
one. The K20D was enough of a wake up for me and then to rub salt into
the wound the K-x came along which further illuminated the lackluster
performance of the Samsung sensor. I've hardly picked up the K20D
since I bought the K-x, I'd be interested to see just how close the
K-x is to the K5 in pure IQ, if it's even the same it would be an
awesome camera. They are listed at bricks and mortar shops here at
AU$1,629.00 inc 10% GST so it would be less to an o/s buyer (probably
the savings in GST would cover freight and insurance plus some import
duties).
