Paul, Bruce and Peter Thanks for your thoughts. Peter, Did you make dummy AA cells out of wood with contacts and wire running outside the flash case ? I do use Rc car packs to power my 120J and my D1x bodies.You can also make your own pack. I see some packs as high as 5800Mah...Joe
