Bandwidth is the problem here.  To shift the data for a 14MP image out of
the sensor in 1/200 of a second is going to require a data transfer path
than can process 3 gigapixels/second.  It's hard enough to get a memory
bus that works at that speed, let alone a multi-channel ADC.

An HD video camera can process around 2MP in 1/60 of a second, so we are
just about an order of magnitude away from what you are looking for; that
suggests we'll be there (at an affordable price point) within a decade.
