How long would it take per photo to make this kind of change?
You could easily create a batch process in Lightroom that would get you 99% of the way there automatically. Then it's just a matter of smoothing out the skin (I'm guessing most wedding shooters have software specifically for that purpose, though it can be done in Photoshop, too).
