Jon,

In checking these images, it's obvious both you and the m645 are capable of 
great images. 
With the exception of (going left to right and top to bottom) #5 and #7, the 
facial highlights are somewhat hot and devoid of detail...but that may have 
been you intention.(?)
All but #8 of the outdoor shots suffer from limited DoF.
