Hi Cory, I quite like the tungsten white balance. I tried correcting it, but the results looked horribly like a cafeteria (and the chroma noise doesn't look too attactive either). I admit, not high art, but memorablia. For those who like food pr0n, I recommend this book, which is on its way to me. Fantastic lighting to be had there.
