Dave, We drove along the Great Ocean Road to the Apostle Islands and then up to the Grampians. For lunch, we stopped in Dunkeld, a pretty small town, and I ordered a burger at the combo deli, restaurant, grocery store. A cheeseburger with everything was meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes(?), pickle, fried egg and round of pineapple. Now that was a surprise! Regards, Bob S.
