FWIW, with the exception of removing sensor dust splotches, I don't do  
it either.  It rubs me the wrong way to "fix" a photo by removing  
elements that were there in the original photograph.

I'm not saying it's WRONG, just that *I* can't do it.

PS: I lied.  I just recalled that in the past I've removed cold sores  
and zits from portraits.  But that's about it.  :-)
