Larger buffer better view finder, same sensor. The Jpeg processing is more pleasing to those who're moving up from a P&S, but I doubt that you'd shoot Jpeg and who except a beginner would shoot Jpeg without setting up the camera to their liking. You disagree? Still obviously you want an argument so I guess you do. By the way have you even seen a K110D or it's direct ancestor the DL, let alone bought one? I thought not.
