Better viewfinder, larger buffer, better build, TTL flash support. The 
K110D is really an *istDL with the 11-point AF unit. The K100D only adds 
  SR. A

Having owned the K100D and the DS, apart from SR and AF performance(And 
slightly better JPEG's), the DS is clearly superior.
