Reminds me of some shots by Moholy-Nagy. More room around the subjects
would be nice, but I guess that's nearly impossible, in S. Marco
Square...

A bit too contrasted for my taste, but the choice depends on the planned
use and/or personal taste.

Agree about cloning out the shadows in the lower right.
