Yep, it's bad. But I've found that bright colors frequenly result in bad bokey. 
So too, background elements that are too close to be rendered creamy. I believe 
the quality of bokeh is 95% subject matter and only 5% lens. So I'd have to see 
a lot of pics from this lens to judge. I once owned it, and I don't recall 
feeling bad about the results, but it was a long time ago, and I can't point to 
any specific results right now.
