I tried out a K100D in the store before I bought my DS2, and I bought
the DS2 over the K100D really for two reasons. First, because I can
change the focusing screen, and there is one with manual-focusing aids
available. Second, because it supports the old analog TTL flashes, and
my monster Metz won't do P-TTL.

I've got the 16-45 and the 35-105, and they make a good two-lens pair,
so long as you don't mind manually focusing. I've been looking for
something smaller than my 80-200/2.8 for a carry kit. An A70-210/4
would probably suffice, though a 100-300/4 (Tokina) would be nicer.
Probably no smaller than the 80-200/2.8 though. Maybe one of the newer
50-200 lenses, with the 16-45, as a two-lens kit.
