I find it way too contrived for my taste, and, like Godders suggested, it may make a nice, innocuous commercial photograph. However, if using it commercially, say for advertising, it should probably be cleaned up a bit. Get rid of some of the blemishes.
Overall, it does nothing for me - there's nothing to make it stand out in any way, good or bad.
