Well, it's always nice to photograph attractive people of either sex.  
That's being human. This photo, though, falls into the modeling/ 
glamour/advertising domain for me. It's a little too contrived for me  
to see it as a photograph of a "beautiful woman" rather than as a  
picture of "woman as attractive/desirable object".

I want to be sure you understand that I'm not ascribing any moral  
judgment here. I'm responding to your questions and what I see in the  
photograph.

Good photo: a nice composition, good lighting, and a good expression.  
To me, it looks like it could be applicable to a variety of uses,  
mostly for advertising.
