That's the whole idea of shooting RAW. It's like working with a negative. Don't you think the lab makes adjustments when they print a negative? If you don't want to edit, shoot jpeg. You can adjust your parameters to get results comparable to what you'd get from shooting neg film and dropping it off at a typical mini lab.
