Yes you're right, but as long as there is an alternative (and a market for 
such) I'll vote with my hard earned cash.

I'm very happy with the lenses I have K, M, A and FA, I'm in the fortunate 
position of not having to change much if I buy a DSLR, I'll just need 
something the equivalent of 24mm (or wider) on a 35mm film body. There will 
be no brand loyalty when I make the choice.

They already had one the FA 135mm f/2.8. discontinued? The last road map I 
saw did not show any decision on a DFA **-2**mm lens, I got sick of waiting 
and bought a Sigma EX APO 70-200 f/2.8, it goes nicely with the 300 f/4 APO 
and I can use the EX TC's with it, that's something else Pentax are lacking a 
good selection of quality teleconverters, sorry to sound sound damned 
negative, but hey!
