At that point, you will almost certainly want newer, better, and
larger flash memory anyway. So, if you plan to upgrade your flash
with your camera, what does it really matter if its a different
form factor? Taken to the extreme, would you really want to keep
shooting on ancient 16 MB flash cards for the rest of your life? :)
But if you want to buy a second (or, anyway, additional) body to
use alongside your existing gear, might you not want to be carrying
just ONE kind of card to use with both ... ?
Buy a stock of SD cards and an CF-SD adapter. I use my SD cards in
the Canon 10D and KM A2 now too.
