Voicing an opinion is a good thing.Continually saying the same thing over and over again about the same subject is not 'voicing an opinion'. It's whinging. I ask why it is necessary to do this, not whether you ought to or not. If its what you like to do, that's fine, but to construe it as 'voicing an opinion' is just a fancy way of saying "because I want to do it".
