You've made an interesting "discovery" in that we often get used to
something - in this case the DSLR viewfinder - and forget what we've lost
or given up. It's easy to say how good the D and DS finders are compared
to
other DSLR's, for that's the standard many have come to accept over the
past few years. And then you pick up the MX .... and become reacquainted
with its view through the finder, the feel of the camera, its size ...
Yer not going to see an APS C size viewfinder as large as that of a 35mm
camera.
When I was using the 6x7 a lot, I always found the finders on my LX to be
annoyingly small.
