That was only for specific bumpers, such as those found on the 1954 - 1956 Cadillacs, and other such similar designs. Boy, did you bring back an old memory for me, a real "blast from the past." My memory is a little hazy about who Dagmar was, although I can picture her somewhat ... ;-))
