Ditto. I just had someone order 12 4x6s from a photoshoot I did last year. As my printer is now re-booting my PC every time I plug it in, I decided to send the batch to Blacks using their on-line service. Big mistake. You'd thought I'd have learned by now. I don't know why I keep doing it to myself. They were absolute garbage! Way too contrasty. They'd obviously applied some auto colour/levels/contrast to them all. I just binned them. Managed to get the printer connected up and printed them myself. (Computer now won't boot with printer attached, but will stay up if printer attached while running.
