Maybe the macros were those they managed to reduce the size & weight 
dramatically. The design looks much better than the F or FA series. If it 
was true that they were remodelling their factories to manufacture new 
lenses, they might be available much earlier than we thought since their 
lens supply was pretty much stopped the last 2 months. Who wants to miss the 
X'mas session anyway?

Signs of life from Pentax! Perhaps there is a whole new lens line-up 
coming. I wonder how many years it will take. And why did they start with 
macro lenses?

Given recent experience, I also have to wonder when these will be 
available, and in what quantities.

Manolo, who handles packing and shipping in Manila, had been reduced to 
part time because there was little to pack and ship. Perhaps he will get to 
work full-time again.
