All,
James, thank you for your response.
I executed the apt-get command you suggested. While it did install the package
collection, when I ran the /usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd service pf start, I received
the following message:
module pf::cmd::pf::service cannot be loaded
Base class package "Net::Netmask" is empty.
(Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package first,
or make that module available in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/pf/lib

I believe there is something hung up in the configuration processes. I have
applied patches via the "apt-get upgrade" @ cli. These came in as expected,
but still did not change the above.
Is there a method (maybe with dpkg) which will refresh or reinstall the
necessary packages?

I am curious why I am getting this statement in the error when attempting to
restart the pf services...
Can't locate IO/Interactive.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
IO::Interactive module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/pf/lib
/usr/local/pf/lib_perl/lib/perl5 /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.32.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.32.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.32 /usr/share/perl5
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.32
/usr/share/perl/5.32 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at
/usr/local/pf/lib/pf/cmd/roles/show_help.pm line 17.
Is it possible to reinstall the package which delivers this module?

What’s your PacketFence version ?
Try that:
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd fixpermissions
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd pfconfig clear_backend
systemctl restart packetfence-config
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd configreload hard
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd service pf restart
Thanks,
