Not sure "most" will, but whatever.  The question was whether you achieve
a good spam classification accuracy by blocking whole servers.  I think
the answer is "no", and current practice in the email universe shows that.

The point is that you don't only have good servers who only send ham and
bad servers who only send spam.  There are many servers who send both.  So
if you want reasonable classification accuracy, you (also) need different
indicators.
