The test folder gets cleaned up sometimes, though.A remark: as OpenIndiana Hipster is a rolling release you typically don't need to download the newer images. They are only useful if support for newer hardware has been added (mostly by illumos-gate). Once you have installed OpenIndiana you can simply run pfexec pkg update (-v) to get the latest bits installed. Typically these bits are even newer than the latest installation images as we have frequent updates of packages.And a final remark: The number of people contributing to OI Hipster is very low. We appreciate any helping hand.
I'm quite new to OI and illumos in general, just playing with it a bit. I'll be happy to help if somebody can give me some pointers for what to do or about OI stuffs in general.
PS: I come from GNU/Linux world if that's relevant. I'm yet to install illumos on hardware.
