@justinpark so without manually adding the permissions via the
ui,("can_read", "SqlLabPermalinkRestApi"),,("can_write",
"SqlLabPermalinkRestApi"),one gets the error that "there was an error
generating the permalink" when copying the query link despite having the sqllab
role.
