Fixes #6606 Remove the five unused deprecated registration lock types, the `registerExecutionRepository` bean and related imports, and the two obsolete tests. All changes are confined to eight files in `shenyu-admin`. No references to `RegisterExecutionRepository`, `RegisterExecutionLock`, or the removed subsystem remain in the repository. Context-path registration continues to use `LockRegistry.obtain(...)`, acquire the lock before registration, and release it in `finally`. JDBC/ZooKeeper cluster election code, lock configurations, database schemas, and the active `selectByNameForUpdate` call remain unchanged. No new tests were added for this removal. The retained `AbstractContextPathRegisterServiceTest`, `ClusterSelectMasterServiceJdbcImplTest`, and `ClusterSelectMasterServiceZookeeperImplTest` passed with 1, 2, and 5 test cases respectively. The full admin test suite completed with 1,718 tests, zero failures or errors, and one existing skipped test. Checkstyle and Apache RAT passed. The removed types were deprecated public API in the published `shenyu-admin` artifact. Their removal is source- and binary-incompatible for consumers of those types; no consumers remain in this repository.
