Follow-up after merge: I reran the deterministic same-key exhaustion probe against current upstream/master `09c6a5287` and confirmed the post-retry race still occurs there. After 18 failed attempts restore the pending holder, a new failure replaces that holder without scheduling a new task; the scheduled exhaustion invocation then removes the key. The temporary test failed at the final assertion (expected one pending failure, found zero; Checkstyle clean). I opened [#7399](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/7399) to track this separate window; the probe was removed from my worktree. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
