### What changed Simplify the E2E image preparation Maven commands from: ```bash clean install ... package ``` to: ```bash clean install ... ``` The Maven `install` lifecycle already executes `package`, so the trailing standalone `package` goal repeats lifecycle work. The duplicate `-B` flag is removed at the same time. The change is applied consistently to mvnd, Unix Maven wrapper, and Windows Maven wrapper paths. Profiles, skip flags, and parallelism remain unchanged. ### Why On PR #6528, the E2E `build-docker-images` job was a serial prerequisite for every E2E case: - job duration: 4.85 min; - Maven build step: 3.52 min; - longest downstream case: 12.60 min; - total E2E critical path: about 17.8 min. Removing repeated Maven lifecycle work targets the serial stage, so any reduction directly shortens E2E wall-clock time. ### Verification - Workflow YAML parsed successfully. - `git diff --check` passed. - All three Maven command variants resolve to one `clean install` lifecycle. - A temporary Dubbo E2E trigger will be used to benchmark the updated `build-docker-images` job; the trigger commit will be removed from the final PR history after measurement. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
