## What this PR does - removes fixed 10/30 second sleeps from the six active compose E2E cases - relies on the existing HTTP health checks for ShenYu and example services - waits for Eureka registration explicitly in the Spring Cloud case - waits for RocketMQ nameserver and broker TCP ports instead of sleeping ## Why The active cases contained 870 seconds of fixed waits across their three sync modes. Services that become ready early still paid the full delay, while slow services were not protected beyond the fixed timeout. ## Validation - confirmed the fixed-wait assertion fails before the change and passes after it - `bash -n` passes for all six scripts - ShellCheck passes for all six scripts - `git diff --check` passes - PR E2E runs provide the runtime validation ## Checklist - [x] Read the contribution guidelines - [x] Replaced waits with observable readiness conditions - [x] Targeted validation passed -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
