The CI failure was caused by the new `download.js` import of the application entrypoint: it pulled the TypeScript utility into `common.test.js` through an otherwise mocked request path. I moved the 401 dispatch behavior into the existing request utility and reused that helper from downloads, removing the entrypoint import cycle while preserving logout/permission cleanup. The focused change passes `git diff --check`; the branch is now `d2e3a2d`. Local dependency installation was unavailable because `npm ci --ignore-scripts` stalled before Jest became available, so the GitHub build should provide the full regression validation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
