Rebased the existing branch onto current `master` and resolved the #661 overlap. The merged implementation preserves attachment validation and the HTTP 200 Admin error-envelope checks for codes 601/500; the PR's HTTP 401 handling remains layered in `checkStatus`, including `login/logout` and `global/resetPermission` cleanup. New HEAD: `adf15ce453f2061f64b9a45f7453e28a3b40383e` Validation passed: focused download tests (5/5), `npm run lint` (0 errors; existing warnings only), `npm run build`, Prettier checks, and `git diff --check`.
