Full-matrix benchmark completed successfully, but it exposes an important tradeoff: | Metric | Baseline | This PR | Change | | --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | | Total runner time | 93.6 min | 80.0 min | -13.5 min (-14.5%) | | Workflow wall time | 12m49s | 20m33s | +7m44s | All ten cases passed and the shared artifact chain is valid. The runner-time saving is real, but the serial prepare dependency increases PR feedback latency. This should be treated as a cost/capacity optimization, not a wall-clock speedup.
