## What this PR does - adds a reusable disk-space check with a configurable 20 GiB default threshold - skips apt, Docker image, and tool-cache cleanup when the runner already has enough free space - preserves the existing cleanup behavior below the threshold - validates `AGENT_TOOLSDIRECTORY` before deleting it - replaces three E2E cleanup blocks and the K8s HTTP example cleanup block ## Why Disk cleanup cost 36-72 seconds in IT-style jobs and up to 179 seconds in K8s jobs even when the runner already had enough capacity. ## Validation - red/green tests cover the sufficient-space and low-space branches - destructive commands are suppressed in tests with `DRY_RUN=true` - Bash syntax and ShellCheck pass - YAML lint, YAML parsing, Actionlint, and `git diff --check` pass - both workflow entry jobs run the cleanup regression test even when expensive cases are path-skipped ## Checklist - [x] Read the contribution guidelines - [x] Added tests for both threshold branches - [x] Targeted validation passed -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
