Fixes #635
- Instance: lastHeartBeatTime and dateCreated now sort by date,
instanceState sorts numerically (previously all compared instanceType).
- Plugin / NamespacePlugin: the sort column now sorts numerically
(previously compared role).
- Added small sortByDate / sortByNumber helpers that order missing values
explicitly, with unit tests.
`npm test` passes locally.
