## Summary - Deduplicate request headers directly in WebClient's outgoing header callback, instead of modifying an unused wrapper and then sending the original headers. - Eliminate the intermediate response-header copy by applying response deduplication to the exchange's response headers. - Cover all three deduplication strategies, unchanged inbound headers, preserved gateway response headers, and Host removal/preservation.
