## Description
`triggerException` maps `state.error.isloading` but uses its own
`this.state.isloading`, sets it to `true` on click and never resets it; the
`error` model's `trigger` reducer returns `{ error }`, dropping `isloading`.

## Impact
Clicking any button on the (dev-only) trigger page spins forever.
## Suggested fix
Reset `isloading` when the request settles, or remove the dev page and route.
