Changing the shared client version to `2.7.2-SNAPSHOT` makes every example
depend on unreleased snapshot artifacts, not just this MCP example. The
examples README still documents Maven Central consumption at `2.7.0.3`
(shenyu-examples/README.md:13-19), so a standalone build from a clean checkout
will not resolve this version; keep the external version published or introduce
a scoped development override and update the documentation/build instructions
together.
