Fixes #6862. ## Changes - Correct the `IngressParser` condition from `||` to `&&`. - Parse context-path configurations only when neither Dubbo nor Sofa is enabled. - Prevent Dubbo and Sofa ingresses from generating duplicate context-path selectors. - Add regression tests covering both Dubbo and Sofa ingresses. ## Tests - All 9 tests in `shenyu-kubernetes-controller` passed. - Checkstyle passed with 0 violations. @Aias00, could you please help review this PR?
