## Description Fixes #6815. The timed wait tests in `MemoryLimiterTest` previously relied on fixed `Thread.sleep(2000)` calls to coordinate worker threads. This timing assumption could cause flaky failures on slow or heavily loaded environments. This PR: - Replaces fixed sleeps with deterministic `CountDownLatch` synchronization. - Waits for the worker thread to signal readiness before changing the memory state. - Reduces the execution time of the affected tests. ## Tests - Targeted tests: 2 passed. - `MemoryLimiterTest`: 13 tests passed. - `shenyu-common`: 393 tests passed, 0 failures, 1 skipped. - Checkstyle passed with 0 violations. @Aias00 Please review this PR when you have time. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
