Tell me what language it's in so I can get the admins to set up an appropriately localized wiki and add it to the interwiki map (this is easy and takes about 15 mins to do when the admins have time to do it).

We have translators working in French and Japanese already, so those two should be set up so they can have a system to work in.

Are we setting them up as developer.mozilla.org/langcode/docs/ ?

Then we can either work together to create an appropriate structure for it within the new wiki, or you can just start putting the document in, emulating the rough page structure of the existing wiki. Don't worry about making mistakes in page naming or whatever, we can easily fix it later if necessary.

I'd suggest keeping the different language wikis in sync as much as possible. Again, it's easier to track documentation updates and get them into the translations if the structures are the same.
