I found a good way of abstracting a share over the network. When you mount
an SMB share, it is then available in the ${HOME}/.gvfs/ folder
I did a symbolic link to the target folder which I want to have access to,
and then point f-spot to that location. I guess the same can be done using
luckybackup.
