I have an Atom N270 @ 1.60GHz in a HP netbook. It's not blazing fast, but it's 
fast enough for daily use. Before this, I had the first gen ASUS eeePC, so 
*anything* feels a lot faster than that. I use softraid encryption and systrace 
when building ports so those add a bit of overhead, but in general it's 
responsive and works about as quickly as I would expect from this sort of 
device.
