You use a low power, slow CPU and wonder about slowdowns ?
(How about giving some more details, comparing an Atom at a given
frequency and unknown other hardware to unspecified other CPU's
without details on disk speed or whatever).
"Look .. this here car is slower than that other car over there, how
can that be !?"
