the following lines are what I added to the NET4801 config file that I
found on the web:

option          SYSVMSG         # System V-like message queues
option          SYSVSEM         # System V-like semaphores
option          SYSVSHM         # System V-like memory sharing

These were in an archive post from someone having a similar problem. I
don't know if all of them are neccesary, but someone with a better
understanding of apache could probably tell you.
